Dan Ohlemacher is an internet entrepreneur, a software inventor and Founder and CEO of AVALAR LLC.
With over 25 years of software, engineering and product development experience, Mr. Ohlemacher established AVALAR, an Internet software development company, to provide database-driven Internet solutions for interactive websites. As testament to his successful management techniques, his leadership has pushed many clients to success, including the exponential growth and eventual sale of a media startup to a publicly held company.
Mr. Ohlemacher invented the SitePILOT software platform, a core technology which allows rapid application development and encapsulates all of the ingredients required to jumpstart the creation of new and powerful dynamic web sites.
Mr. Ohlemacher also created and engineered MultimediaPILOT, an internet website platform which contains both integrated live streaming and archive-on-demand solutions. MultimediaPILOT organizes, indexes and delivers multiple content formats to serve the needs of viewers, publishers, advertisers and search engines.
Prior to founding AVALAR, Mr. Ohlemacher was Technical Marketing Manager for Intel’s prestigious Intel Architecture Labs in Hillsboro Oregon. While at Intel, he managed the introduction of new Internet technologies for the software development community and created relationships which molded the Internet and applications we see today.
Mr. Ohlemacher has also developed and introduced numerous high tech products including personal information managers, email systems, laser printers, fax/printer servers, and computer telephony products. Besides his technical expertise in the wide array of Internet and Software Technologies, Mr. Ohlemacher has a portfolio of skills including management, product marketing and business development.
Mr. Ohlemacher received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Colorado and has been an influential force in the computer industry ever since. |
